A quick and easy recipe I found on BBC Good Food.

Yorkshire Puds for 2

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons of plain flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons each of cold water & cold milk

Directions:

  1. Put them all in a jug and whisk until combined.
  2. Leave for an hour
  3. Put Oven to Gas Mark 7
  4. Put a bun tray with 1 tsp oil in 6 of the bun shapes into the oven for 5 minutes
  5. Remove tray carefully from the oven and pour the batter into the 6 bun shapes
  6. Return to oven for 15-20 minutes until well risen.
