This is my first try at getting this right, I think it needs some adjustment to get it just how I want but it was a great sauce with chicken.
- 2 heaped dessertspoons of crunchy peanut butter
- 200ml water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 red chilli deseeded and chopped finely
- 1 inch piece of ginger grated
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- chopped fresh coriander (half a bunch)
- juice of half a lime
Put all of the ingredients into a small pan and heat gently until all of the ingredients are combined then simmer for 5 minutes.
