A quick and easy BBQ pork dish using Hellmans.

Pork Satay Kebabs

  • 600g pork fillet cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 150ml coconut milk
  • 1 tsp red thai curry paste
  • 1 tbsp runny honey
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • juice of 1 lime


  1. Mix the oil and soy sauce and marinate the pork overnight or for at least 2 hours. Heat the coconut milk, honey, peanut butter and curry paste together until combined then leave to cool. Once cool add the mayonnaise and the lime juice. Put half of the sauce in a dish to serve with the kebabs and use the rest for brushing over the pork skewers.

  2. Put the pork onto metal skewers or wooden ones that have previously been soaked in water and BBQ for about 4 minutes, then brush over some of the sauce and cook until the sauce starts to caramelise. Serve with salad and the remaining sauce.
