  • 260g bacon chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • 200g mushrooms sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 200g parmesan finely grated
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 small greek yoghurts
  • spaghetti


  1. Put the spaghetti on to cook.
  2. Fry the bacon and onion, when soft add the garlic and mushrooms. Mix the egg yolks parmesan and yoghurt together, add balck pepper to taste. When the spaghetti is cooked drain it and add it to the pan of bacon etc. Mix well on a low heat for 2 minutes and then serve.
