A great store cupboard spice that adds flavour to curries, pasta and fish dishes.

Ingredients:
1/4 tsp mustard seed
3 crushed cardamon
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
2 cloves
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp onion salt
Directions:
Heat the first 6 ingredients in a dry frying pan until they start popping, remove from the heat and grind until powdered, then leave to cool and mix thoroughly with the remaining ingredients and put into a storage bottle.
