Boil the gammon for 30 minutes less than recommended then remove the skin and score the fat and stick cloves into the fat. Then glaze with a mix of 3 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp marmalade and 1 tbsp mustard. Then cook the gammon at 200C for 30 minutes.
