Chocolate Fudge Icing

Ingredients:

  • 2oz butter
  • 6oz icing sugar
  • 1oz cocoa
  • 3 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter and milk in a pan, mix in the cocoa and icing sugar. Leave to cool then beat until smooth.
