Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3oz SR flour
  • pinch salt
  • 1oz cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • 4oz sugar
  • 4oz butter
  • 2 drops vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp warm water

Directions:

  1. Put all the ingredients except the water into the mixer, beat for 2 minutes, add the water and then beat for a further minute. Put in a greased lined tin and bake at gas mark 5 for 30 to 45 minutes.
