I am writing this blog so that all of the recipes in my head and on scraps of paper can be recorded for my children and grandchildren. As I am trying to get the recipes up as quickly as possible there may be errors in for example the time of cooking as I have never really written this down, however I have tried to put realistic times and if anything the times given will be a bit less than required. Over time I will modify each description as I cook that particular item.
