Broken Biscuit Cake with Peanuts

Ingredients:

  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 150g milk chocolate
  • 100g butter
  • 1 heaped dsp golden syrup
  • 400g of broken biscuits, peanuts, muesli, sultanas or a mixture of all of them

Directions:

  1. Put the chocolate, syrup and butter in a pan and heat gently until it is melted then add the broken biscuits or a mixture of the ingredients suggested. Spread in a metal tray bake tray and put in the freezer for an hour then slice it into 32 squares and keep in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
