Another Satay Recipe

  • 2 finely chopped spring onions
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • a pinch of chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp crunchy peanut butter


  1. Beat all the ingredients together in a bowl until blended, and that’s it!
